The great Tot discussion
I recently ate a whole mess of Tots assembled with inspiration at Oaks Bottom Public House in Sellwood (neighborhood of Portland). The golden nugget goodness was presented as Totchos. That’s right: nachos + tater tots = Totchos. Ingredients? Like you have to ask:
Tater tots, seasoned
Cheese, cheddar/colby/jack
Olives, black ones from a can
Red onion
Salsa
Sour cream
